Letter to Highways 2/11/25

We have responded to the letter from Highways to say thank you for agreeing to a meeting but expressing continuing frustration over the lack of progress on road safety. We highlight frequent unreported near misses, the absence of a usable pavement, and heavy commuter and HGV traffic linked to BAe Samlesbury. The letter requests data, cost estimates for potential safety measures, and discussion of possible funding contributions from BAe or parish sources so residents can collaborate on realistic, affordable solutions.
